Although not much evidence of its creation exists, some believe it was created at Harry’s American Bar in Paris by Legendary barman Harry McElhone&nbsp;Bartender Tip:The rum and the cognac together makes a sweet taste in your mouth, with an aroma of lemon and even some chocolate cake
