For this Holyday twist on the classic Negroni, we add Christmas flavors of cinnamon and cloves and garnish with cherries.&nbsp;Strong, bitter and punchy.&nbsp;&nbsp;Bartender Tip:Try switching the Gin for Champagne to make a Negroni Sbagliato or switch it for Bourbon to make a Boulevardier.

Peel a large zest from a fresh orange ready for garnish

Fill your rocks glass and mixing glass with cubed ice

Put the cinnamon stick and the cloves in the mixing glass and pour in the equal measure of each ingredient

Add ingredients

Using your bar spoon, stir all the ingredients together well for 30 sec.

Garnish with the cherries and spray the oils from the orange zest by twisting it over the drink for that citrus aroma.
