Garnish choice makes a huge difference, lemon zest gives a citrus dryness, and an olive’s brine giving a savory twist.&nbsp;Bartender Tip:Temperature is the key to a smooth Martini… Try chilling your Gin in the freezer for a few hours before you make one. (It won’t freeze)

Fill your mixing glass and martini glass with cubed ice

Add Vermouth

Stir good so the vermouth is well mixed withthe ice

Bar Spoon

Stir

Strain out all the liquid from the mixing glass

Hawthorne Strainer

Rocks glass

Strain

Add Gin

Stir again

Empty the ice from the martini glass back into the ice bucket. Strain your drink into the martini glass
