Use the zester to peel a large thin slice of lemon zest

Fill your martini glass and your shaker with cubed ice (lots!)

Pour in your Vodka over the ice. Add your vermouth (the less vermouth, the drier the Martini)

Close the shaker and shake hard and fast for 7 seconds

Empty the ice in your martini glass back into the ice bucket. Pour the cocktail smoothly from the shaker to your martini glass.
