Classically a self-preferred balance of Luxury Gin and Dry Vermouth. We've used a 6:1 ratio. The more Vermouth you use, the 'wetter' the Martini gets. Garnish choice makes a huge difference, lemon zest gives a citrus dryness and an olive's brine giving a savoury twist.&nbsp; Bartenders Tip: Temperature is the key to a smooth Martini... Try chilling your Gin in the freezer for a few hours before you make one. (It wont freeze)&nbsp;

Dry Martini

Get your Garnish of choice ready. Large Olive or 3 on a spear or a whole fresh lemon for zesting

Prepare

Fill your martini glass and your mixing glass with cubed ice (lots!)

Pour in your Gin over the ice. Add your vermouth (the less vermouth, the drier the Martini)

Using your Bar Spoon stir the ice elegantly for 17 seconds

Empty the ice in your martini glass back into the ice bucket. Place the julep strainer inside the mixing glass and pour the cocktail smoothly from the mixing glass to your martini glass

Garnish with your choice of Olive or Lemon zest. If choosing lemon, use the zester to peel a large thin slice of lemon zest
