Lynchburg Lemonade - Long Drink Style

Cut your lemon ready for squeezing and garnish

Knife

Prepare

Measure 20 ml of Jack Daniels and pour it into your shaker.

Measure 20 ml Triple Sec or Cointreau and pour it into your shaker.

Use your Mexican elbow and squeeze 20 ml Lemon Juice and pour it into your shaker.

Measure 2 cl Sugar Syrup and pour it into your shaker.

Measure 1,5 cl Egg white or aquafaba and pour into your shaker.

Add ingredients

Fill your shaker all the way to the top with cubed ice.

Ice scoop

Close the shaker and shake fast for 3-5 seconds so the drink is ice-cold.

Shake hard

Fill up the long drink glass with cubed ice all the way to the top.

Take off the small top of the shaker and strain your Lynchburg Lemonade into the glass.

Use equal parts of soda and lemon & lime soda (Sprite) to fill the drink up.

Take your lemon wedge and press it gently over the drink so the lemon juice goes on top of the drink, then place it nicely on top.
