Cut your lemon and zest ready for garnish and squeezing and a wedge for the sugar rim

Moisten 1/2 the rim of your martini glass with the lemon wedge and dip into a sugar bowl

Fill both your glass and shaker with cubed ice

Close the shaker and shake hard for 7 seconds
