A classic 'dessert' cocktail from the 1930's that brings together the unique flavours of the decadent brandy, rich chocolate and sweet cream.&nbsp; Bartender Tip: Make sure you give this cocktail that extra hard shake to give that light foamy texture to tickle your tastebuds.

Prepare

Fill both the coupe and your cocktail shaker with cubed ice

Coupe Glass

Ice scoop

Shaker

Pour in all the ingredients into your shaker

Cognac

Crème de cacao

Cream

Add ingredients

Close the shaker lid and shake really hard for 12 seconds

Shake

Empty your ice in your coupe glass back into your ice bucket. Take off the small top off the shaker and strain out the mix into your chilled glass.
