Ginger Mojito - No Alcohol

Get your mint leaves and cut your lime ready for juicing.

Prepare

Measure 20 ml Lime Juice and pour into the glass.

Measure 20 ml Ginger Syrup and pour into the glass.

Pick the best 15 Mint leaves and bash or clap hands together to release the taste from the mint leaves. Then put the leaves into the glass.

Using your Bar spoon stir and mix all the ingredients really good for 5-10 seconds.

Fill up the rest of the glass with crushed ice. Fill so much that the leftovers pour outside the glass.

Top up the glass with Ginger Beer (non-alcoholic).

Garnish with a fresh mint sprig (Optional – dust some vanilla sugar on top of the mint sprig). Remember to bash the sprig very gently, this is to get that wonderful aroma and put in a biodegradable straw.
