Cut your lemon and ginger ready for squeezing and garnish

Prepare

Fill both your rocks glass and shaker with cubed ice

Pour in your Scotch, lemon juice, runny honey, and ginger syrup

Add Ingredients

Shake

Take off the small top off the shaker and strain out the mix into your iced glass.

Pour your smoky single malt onto the top of your cocktail
