Fill your Champagne glass with crushed ice to chill it down.

Measure 30 ml Jack Daniels Honey and pour it into your shaker.
Measure 20 ml Lemon Juice and pour it into your shaker.
Measure 20 ml Sugar Syrup and pour it into your shaker.

Add ingredients

Fill your shaker all the way to the top with cubed ice.

Close the shaker and shake hard for 5-10 seconds so the drink is ice cold.

Empty the crushed ice from the champagne glass back into the ice bucket. Take off the small top of the shaker and strain your 
Pink Honey & Grapefruit into the empty ice-cold champagne glass.

Strain

Measure 80 ml cold Thomas Henry Grapefruit and pour it into the glass slowly.
