The winner cocktail from the Norwegian Championship for Bartenders 2024. Created by Vetle Skarvang. The peak cocktail was Vetle's take on the&nbsp;&nbsp;2024 topic Feeling Good Quotation Mr.Skarvang. With the Peak in my hand, sitting in a comfortable chair and listening to good music makes me feel good.&nbsp;Remember to add a small spray bottle with Lagavulin 16 for garnishing. Bartender Tip:Adding a light smoked scent from lighting a rosemary twig will flavor the glass before the ingredients are poured in. It adapts other whiskies and spirits well, but Macallan 12 is perfect.&nbsp;

Peel a large zest from a fresh orange ready for garnish

Add the sugar, bitters and water in the glass

Add Ingredients

Stir for 20 sec until the sugar is almost disolved
