A Støtvig Hotel signature Cocktail. Represents the atmosphere of this beautiful hotel inspired by The Hamptons, New York, USA. Støtvig Hotel is named the No.1 hotel i Norway i 2024. Paloma means "dove" in spanish and Støtvig`s signature is a twist on this Mexican Tequila based classic.

Bartender tip:

Agave syrup is a great replacement for the sugar syrup and gives a richer honey taste feel to this cocktail. Spicy salt can also be a Flavory upgrade for this lovely cocktail. Can be made with all light spirits if guests find Tequila and Mezcal too aromatic.
