The Adonis Cocktail

The Adonis cocktail was created in 1884 in honor of the musical Adonis running for more than 500 shows on Broadway.

Bartender Tip:

Pinch an orange peel to express the citrus oils over the top of the drink. Discard the orange peel. Sherry adds a lovely, dry complexity to any drink, and features on many modern cocktail menus.
