Not a 'Martini' cocktail but hence named by being served in a V shaped martini glass in the 1980's. A strong, sweet sour balance with that tangy citrus drop kick. 

Bartender Tips:

The sugar rim is not just decoration for this, it adds the sweet edge to complete the balance of the cocktail - try different sugars! add syrup if you want sweeter!
