A classic sour never fails, derived from a classic cocktail with wine called NY sour, we derive a shaken cocktail where the apricot brandy provides two notes that go very well with Riro. A hint of citrus and bitterness from the pink grapefruit gives the final touch to this serve that will fall softly

Bartender Tip:

The float technique can also be a nice challenge. Try to help yourself with your bar spoon to create a thin layer of RIRO wine between the foam and the shake liquid.
