Bartender Tip:

From Ukraine, comes a tip for the drink: In Ukraine we drink samohon. It’s not vodka at all. It is much more difficult to produce, it’s more delicious and actually it’s really tasty and no hangover after, like Georgian chacha or Japanese Sake. Try it if you have the chance!

Tip 2:

Layer the cream slowly on top of the drink over the ice cubes and it will create that lovely drizzle and smooth texture.
