Adriana Chia (Barcelona, 1992) is widely recognised as one of Spain’s most creative and influential bartenders. As a Cocktail Club Industry Expert, she combines mixology, concept development and digital content creation to inspire the next generation of bartenders and hospitality professionals.

Adriana originally studied Graphic Design at La Llotja in Barcelona, but soon discovered her true passion behind the bar. Her talent led her to Grupo el Barri, where she worked alongside renowned culinary innovators such as Albert and Ferran Adrià. She later joined Solange Cocktails & Luxury Spirits, where she took on the role of Creative Director, shaping one of Barcelona’s most respected cocktail experiences.

In 2016, Adriana made history by becoming the first woman to win DIAGEO World Class Spain, standing out among the best bartenders in the country. She then went on to compete at the World Class Global Final in Miami, achieving an impressive Top 8 placement — a performance that cemented her position on the international stage.

Beyond the bar, Adriana has built a strong presence as a digital content creator, especially on social media, where she shares cocktail knowledge, recipes and inspiration. She is also known as the creative mind behind Coca-Cola Signature Mixers – Spicy Notes, an innovative product that resonated strongly with cocktail lovers and professionals alike.
