Fabinho Legari is a world-class bartender, experience creator and cultural host, and one of the most distinctive figures working at the intersection of cocktail culture, art and experiential hospitality. As a Cocktail Club Industry Expert, he brings a unique blend of technical craft, artistic sensitivity and hosting expertise to the Cocktail Club platform.
Originally from Argentina, Fabinho began his career in artisanal gastronomy and specialty coffee, where he developed a deep understanding of balance, texture and sensory precision. These foundations later shaped his approach to cocktails and experience design.
After establishing himself within Buenos Aires’ creative and cultural scene, Fabinho co-founded Local Support, a multidisciplinary project combining art, hospitality and community. During this period, he worked extensively with bar concepts, pop-ups, brand activations and curated experiences.
He later moved to Barcelona, where he expanded his career internationally, collaborating with premium venues, global spirits brands, and artists across disciplines. This period marked his transition into large-scale brand work and international activations.
Today, Fabinho is based in Madrid, where he is widely regarded as one of Europe’s most refined hosts and experience creators. He has worked closely with Campari as a brand ambassador across Madrid and Barcelona, delivering elegant, immersive and culturally driven brand experiences.
