A summer cocktail the flavor of Tuscan wine enhanced with notes of caramel and barrel from aged rum. The grenadine gives it that sensual touch and the slightly bitter bubbles from Sparkling water

This is a strong aperitif cocktail. You can vary the amount of rum and lemon juice to lower the alcohol content, or use more or less soda.
