Apple cider cocktail is actually a from the guys in the northern.no design. They really enjoy a gin and love the nordic scents of apple and gin. So it just had to be a cocktail using nordic gin and apple cider.

Try different variations of the apple cider. It will give a different taste with different ciders, dry or sweet, your palate decides.
