The Apple-tini Cocktail

An Apple martini (Appletini for short) is a cocktail containing vodka and Calvados and apple juice. This drink, originally called an Adam's Apple Martini because the bartender who created it was named Adam, was created in 1996 at Lola's West Hollywood restaurant. Bartender Tip: Add a dash of triple sec or sweet-and-sour mix, which acts as a push-up bra for a flavor that’s already the opposite of subtle.
