The Bamboo-copy Cocktail

The best known of all classic sherry cocktails, The Bamboo is also noteworthy due to its lack of basic spirit. Being simply a mix of Sherry and vermouth, sometimes also with dashes of bitters it’s a delicious cocktail but like so many classics there are numerous recipes and conflicting stories at to his origin. Was inspired by the Adonis, but the difference with the Bamboo is the Dry French vermouth or a combination of Dry and Sweet.
