A new and very simple version of the Espresso Martini.

Coffee liqueur, espresso and simple syrup, shake and enjoy.

Bartender's Tip:

The key lies in a charming detail. While whipping the cream, consider using the oil extracted from orange peel to infuse it with flavor. Orange happens to be another ideal companion for chocolate. Remember, use only the oil, not the juice, as including the latter would compromise the overall composition.
