It was discovered in 2011 at the vesper bar, Amsterdam, where the Dutch re-discovered this reverted Italian classic with a classic genever.
Bartender Tip:
It is favorable to take the time to cool it well, in this case, the dilution of the ice is part of the cocktail, be sure to choose your oranges well so that the skins have a good amount of oils and the aroma highlights all the ingredients.
