The Gin Rickey Cocktail

A classic named after Joe Rickey, a democrat lobbyist living in Washington D.C. at the end of the 1800’eds. He was found of cocktails without sugar and started a series of no-sugar cocktails – the Gin Rickey being the most popular. Originally created with bourbon in Washington D.C at Shoomaker’s bar.
