Cucumber has various properties: it is cleansing, moisturising, slimming, and anti-inflammatory. It is considered a diuretic, antioxidant, emollient, and even anti-diabetic food.

Celery has sedative, aperitivo, digestive, re-mineralizing, blood-regenerating, anti-infective, and healing properties.

The green apple is also a regulator of the blood, very good for the skin, and with a great antioxidant effect. The mixture of all these ingredients provides plenty of favorable effects on your body and health.

It is very important to use high-quality ingredients in this type of mixology, all fresh and organic, so as to keep the nutrients within each cocktail intact.

You can also sweeten the mix by adding about 10 ml of blue agave.

If you don’t have a power juicer, replace it with a conventional blender and you get a smoothie consistency.
