The Horse's Neck Cocktail
This is an old drink that dates back to the 1800s. Its origins were as a virgin drink (lemon peel and ginger ale), but later, booze was added to it and its full name was a Horse’s Neck with a Kick. The kick was Brandy or bourbon and Bitters
Bartender Tip:
The simple of this cocktail also has its magic, it is very necessary that the bourbon, bitter, and lemon peel are integrated before pouring the ginger ale, so as not to lose bubbles, a secret of this is to use the drop of our bar spoon so that the ginger ale is placed directly on the ice without generating much foam.
