The Mai Tai Cocktail

The most famous of the Tiki style cocktails, invented by Traders Vic in 1944. His friend sipped it and said in Tahitian 'Mai Tai-Roa Ae' which translates as 'Out of this World' . The mix of rums, TripleSec, almondy Orgeat syrup and tart lime juice create this paradise cocktail.

Try a combination of different rums to create that 'punch' exotic flavour base.
