The Pink Lady Cocktail
The Pink Lady with its sweet and creamy taste was already widely known during the prohibition era (1920-1933). In those years it was a popular drink at the Southern Yacht Club in New Orleans, where it was offered under the name Pink Shimmy as well.
Bartender Tip:
To give this cocktail a twist, cream can be added.

Refreshing, easy to make. I bit heavy on the gin flavour, as a dry Martini guy I enjoyed it. The wife needed some extra Grenadine, even though I only added 2/3 of the recommended gin.
