Created by Alex Kratena, 2019. RUE N ° 9 comes from the Ruta Chalepensis plant, grown in tropical Africa and more specifically in Ethiopia where it’s used as a herb or medicinal plant.

A simple cocktail with an aromatic and sweet scent and the berries giving a spicier taste.

Bartender Tip:

This simple and beautiful cocktail requires a lot of subtlety at the moment of pouring it into our very cold glass. We recommend stirring well around 60 revolutions, it’s spicy and refreshing.
