The winner cocktail from the Norwegian Championship for Bartenders 2024. Created by Vetle Skarvang. The peak cocktail was Vetle's take on the  2024 topic Feeling Good Quotation Mr.Skarvang. With the Peak in my hand, sitting in a comfortable chair and listening to good music makes me feel good. 

Remember to add a small spray bottle with Lagavulin 16 for garnishing.

Bartender Tip:

Adding a light smoked scent from lighting a rosemary twig will flavor the glass before the ingredients are poured in. It adapts other whiskies and spirits well, but Macallan 12 is perfect.
