The Tom Collins Cocktail

The Tom Collins (of the Collins family of drinks) is such a classic cocktail, that the highball is often referred to as a Collins. A tried and tested classic formula of spirit, lemon & sugar lengthened with a splash of soda. Originally mixed with an Old Tom Gin.

Bartender Tip:

Switch out the Gin for pretty much any spirit and you create another from the Collins family
