A mixture from 3 wines in their different processes.

2 different vermouths and an Oloroso Sherry.

Barrel, ripe fruit and nuts. A complex cocktail but very easy to drink. very suitable for drinking after dinner or at a party.

This Cocktail can have a sour variation. Add 20ml of lemon juice to the same ingredients and shake it.
