The Wakame Gin Cocktail

Inspired by the Ocean Bottle project and its devotion to the welfare of our oceans, we managed to revert the idea of the penicillin cocktail, taking its main flavors of the sea; smoked, salt, gin, and ginger. to achieve a perfect balance in a new, refreshing cocktail with a certain complexity.

Bartender Tip:

Regarding the preparation, we recommend infusing the gin for two days before preparation, approximately 45-50 gr of wakame seaweed per 750 ml of gin.
