Get your equipment, glass, garnish and ingredients ready. Cut you lemon for squeezing and zest for garnish

Prepare

Fill your coupe glass with crushed ice to chill it down.

Measure 30 ml Etsu Handcrafted Gin and pour it into your shaker.
Measure 20 ml La Yuzu and pour it in.
Using your Mexican elbow juicer measure 40 ml Lemon Juice and pour it in
Measure 20 ml Sugar Syrup and pour it into your shaker.
Measure 15 ml Egg white into your shaker.

Add ingredients

Fill your shaker all the way to the top with cubed ice.

Ice in Shaker

Close the shaker and shake hard for 5-10 seconds so the drink gets thick and foamy.

Shake

Empty the ice from the coupe glass back into the ice bucket. Take off the small lid of the shaker and fine strain your White Lady Supreme in the coupe glass.

Take your lemon zest and press it gently over the drink so the lemon oils spray over the top of the drink, then place it nicely on top of the foam.
