The Tommy's Margarita Cocktail

It's a rare thing for a twisted cocktail to be better than the original but in our humble opinion, Tommy's Margarita does just that. Replacing the sugar syrup with more agave flavours lifts the drink to a whole new level. Created by Julio Bermejo in the 90s at his family's Tommy's tequila bar.

Bartender Tip:

Using a good quality Tequila is the key to a good Tommy’s Margarita and any other cocktail for that matter.
