The Dry Martini (Extra dry) Cocktail
Classically a self-preferred balance of Luxury Gin and Dry Vermouth. We’ve used a 6:1 ratio. The less Vermouth you use, the ‘dryer’ the Martini gets. Garnish choice makes a huge difference, lemon zest gives a citrus dryness, and an olive’s brine giving a savory twist.
Bartender Tip:
Temperature is the key to a smooth Martini… Try chilling your Gin in the freezer for a few hours before you make one. (It won’t freeze)
