The Foamy Raspberry Daiquiri Cocktail
This foamy raspberry twist of the classic Daiquiri is an easy way to give the drink a fruitier flavor, a fresh pink color, and a beautiful foam on top. The daiquiri is said to be the invention of engineer Mr. Jenning Cox when he ran out of gin at a party and had to switch to rum during the Spanish-American War.
Bartender Tip:
If you are vegan, you can also try aquafaba or some emulsifier that provides this smooth foam.
