Through the deconstruction of classic everyday tastes, expanding a creative touch to build new works. Fabinho, finds in the cocktail bar a tool for artistic expression. Where it enhances flavors and colors, mixes drinks and moderators with personality, thus achieving a harmony and sensitivity of its own identity.
Fabinho is usually found working in Barcelona. Here he is often found on location for the creation of content or in front of the camera for recipe creation with cocktail club.

Fabinho's Julep Coffee

Use your favorite ground coffee to macerate the Cynar.

If you like more foam on your sour, try to dry shake before the hard shake with ice.

Try this new way to flavor your classic cocktails, use the whole coffee beans to add aroma to your mixes
Fabinho’s Tip:
Make sure to muddle your coffee beans gently, you just need to break the beans open to let the aromas out. If you go too hard you will get bits of coffee in your drink.
